5. User content

When building up your user profile (which is publicly visible to all other users), you can optionally provide:

• Your avatar image
• Your bio
• Your external gaming profiles (usernames, tags, regions, ranks, etc.)

All the above fields are publicly visible but can be withdrawn immediately and permanently at any point from the settings page.

6. Data and privacy

Our privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain all rights to your data. We do not own or claim ownership over any of your data.

You grant us a license to host, copy, transmit and display your data as necessary for us to provide the services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event will lkp.gg, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the services, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
